Phillip Drury Moor is a former UK Judge that aided and abetted in the kidnapping and trafficking of two American children. He covered up the child abuse of these two American Children.

Phillip Drury Moor was "retired" in October 2024, after Vem Miller filed a lawsuit against him, accusing former judge Moor of kidnapping and trafficking American Children.

This was also followed by a media and legal campaign that exposed the crimes of Phillip Drury Moor, starting in mid 2021.
